Change Central Server's NAT IP Address

Consider the following steps to change the Central's NAT IP Address.
  1. From the Central web client, go to Network Monitoring-> Admin-> NAT Configuration.
  2. Enter the public IP or the DNS name of the Central Server.
  3. Enter the port number where the Central is running.
  4. Click OK.

After changing the Central server's  NAT IP Address do the following changes in the probe and inorder to establish proper connection between them.
  1. Stop the probe server.
  2. Open the NocServerDetails.xml file [<probe home>\conf directory].
  3. The entry NOCServerName in the probe configuration file refers to the IP Address or DNS name of the central server. Replace it with the new IP Address of the NAT Server.
  4. Start the probe server.

Once configuring the NAT IP, Agent fails to communicate with the Central. Follow the steps given below make the Agent communicate with the Central:
  1. Login to MSP Center Plus.
  2. Click on the Customer Name.
  3. Click on Recreate Agent.
  4. Uninstall the old agent.
  5. Install the new agent using Install Software configuration.
