Configure System Monitoring

Configure System Monitoring


With MSP Center Plus you can be rest assured on the Central's performance by receiving a notification for the following:
  • Central server couldn't able to process the data for sometime
  • Central has huge load of data to process
  • No data is received from any probe for sometime
  • Details of the graphs that are not monitored

To receive such notification do the following:
  1. Go to MSP Dashboard-> Support-> Configure System Monitoring.

  2. System Monitoring Interval: This monitors the health of the host machine where the Central is installed.
  3. Graphs Monitoring Interval: Monitors the graphs (eg.: CPU disk utilization monitor, Memory utilization monitor) whether they are collecting data.
  4. Data Monitoring Interval: Monitors whether the data are processed by the central
  5. Alerts when
    1. Central does not process the data for the specified duration
    2. The data that have to be processed by Central grows beyond the specified size
    3. If no data is received from any of the probe for the specified duration
  6. Enable Notification: Selecting this option will email the details of Not Monitored graph list and Data monitoring details to the specified email ID.
  7. Click Submit.
