ContactsHere all the contacts that are created will be displayed along with other details like login Name, Account, Phone etc. Click on the Column chooser icon to select the desired column to be displayed. These contacts will be referred when generating or assigning requests. Here you can do the following actions. Create New Contacts To create a new contact click on New Contact and then
- Enter the Contact details.
- Enter the Name.
- Enter the E-mail address.
- Enter the Phone number and Mobile number.
- Enter the Job title.
- Select the Account Name.
- Select either Their own requests only to view only their requests or All requests from their account to view all requests from their account in the self-service portal.
- Enter the Login details.
- Enter the Login Name. You can use your E-mail ID as the login name.
- Enter the Password and Re-type Password to confirm.
- Enter the Description.
- Click on Save.
Import Contacts You can import multiple contacts from a CSV file by clicking on Import Accounts/Contacts from CSV and then
- Locate CSV file by clicking on Browse.
- Click on Next.
- Map the customer fields with the field names from the CSV file.
- Click on Next.
- Click on Import Now. Note: Existing data will be overwritten.
- Import results will be displayed. Click on Close Window.
Assign Contact to Account This option allows you to assign contacts to an account. To assign contacts to an account
- Select the desired contact(s).
- Select the account name from Assign to box.
- Click on Assign.
Edit Contact To edit an account click on the edit icon and then
- Enter the Contact details.
- Enter the Name.
- Enter the E-mail address.
- Enter the Phone number and Mobile number.
- Enter the Job title.
- Select the Account Name.
- Select either Their own requests only to view only their requests or All requests from their account to view all requests from their account in the self-service portal.
- Enter the Login details.
- Enter the Login Name. You can use your E-mail ID as the login name.
- Click on Reset Password to reset the password. Enter the New Password and click on Reset Password.
- Enter the Description.
- Click on Update.
Delete Contact To delete contact(s), select the desired contact(s) and then click on Delete button.
Approve Contact The unapproved contacts can be approved with this option. To view all the unapproved contacts click on Unapproved Contact link. Then select the desired contact(s) and click on Approve button. Also you can provide login facility to the contact. To approve and provide login to contact(s), select the desired contact(s) and click on Approve & provide login button. You can delete the unapproved contact(s) by selecting the desired contact(s) and clicking on Delete button.
