 Uploading ....Create New SolutionSolutions help the technicians to refer them while handling requests. To create a new solution go to Hekpdesk and Service Automation-> Solutions and click on New Solution.
- Enter the Title.
- Enter the Contents.
- Attach files if any.
- Select the Topic from Topic box. If a new topic has to be created go to Manage Topics.
- Enter the Keywords.
- Select Publish this solution in Self-Service Portal also if desired. This is optional.
- Click on Add.
