Solutions help the technicians to refer them while handling requests. To create a new solution go to Hekpdesk and Service Automation-> Solutions and click on New Solution.
Enter the Title.
Enter the Contents.
Attach files if any.
Select the Topic from Topic box. If a new topic has to be created go to Manage Topics.
Enter the Keywords.
Select Publish this solution in Self-Service Portal also if desired. This is optional.
