Create Support Information File

To create support information file go to MSP Dashboard-> Support and click on Support Information File.

Once the support file is created a message will be displayed at the top of page [as shown below] that the support information file is created. In the message you will have a download link to download the file and also the location where the file is available in the central server. You can either download or go to the mentioned location and send the file to our support team.


Note: Creating support information file may take some time depending on the load of the server and the size of the log files.

If the size of the support information file is huge, then you can upload it in our Customer Upload Form website. Follow the steps given below to upload the support information file in the website.

Connect to-> http://upload.adventnet.com/

1. Select MSP Center Plus in the Send to dropdown box.
2. Fill Your Email Address and Reason for uploading the file.
3. Browse and select the Support Information File.
4. Click on Upload.
