Follow the steps given below to create helpdesk portal:
  1. Go to Helpdesk-> Admin-> Settings
  2. Configure the following fields
    1. My Task
    2. People
    3. Contact auto-addition configuration
    4. Request cost
    5. Currency
    6. Max Attachment size
  3. Configure the Alias URL
    1. Enter an alias URL, which will be exposed to the external world. The URL should be
      http://<central IP/NAT IP>:8080

      eg: http://adccentral.com:8080
    2. Click Save.

The URL for the Helpdesk portal will be http://<central IP/NAT IP>:8080/scp/ [eg: http://adccentral.com:8080/scp/].
