Custom ReportsTo generate custom reports go Network Monitoring-> Reports-> Custom Reports-> Run Custom Report. Then consider the following.
- Mouse-over Custom Reports and click on Run Custom Report.
- Select the Time Period.
- Select the Customer.
- Select the desired devices and move to the other box.
- Select the desired metrics.
- Select the graph view.
- You can also click on PDF or HTML links to download the report as PDF or view the report in HTML inorder to check before generating the report.
- If you want to schedule this report, before generating the report select Schedule this option to schedule the report. Configure the Schedule name, time and report delivery and click on Schedule. The list of scheduled reports will be available under Network Monitoring-> Admin-> Schedule Reports page.
- Click on Generate Report.
You can export the generated reports to PDF format by clicking on the PDF icon, taking printouts by clicking on the printer icon or can be mailed by clicking the email icon.
