Problem: Clicking on Security tab in central server shows the
following UI.
[But on the probe interface it does not show any such error. ]
Solution :
You are getting this error because the OpManager MSP Central server is
unable to reach the security page available in the OpManager probe machine. OpManager central server expects a direct inbound connection to the
probe machine.
So please do the following to solve this problem
Open up port 6565 in the customer firewall
NAT the probe machine to a public ip such as 203.193.abc.xyz:
6565
Now enter the NAT NAME (203.193.abc.xyz) and NAT PORT (6565) as shown below.
once you are done, you should be able to see the security page as shown
below.
