Fill Time & Expense Sheets
Approve/Reject Time & Expense Sheets
Fill time sheets Technicians fill their time & expenses sheets after attending the service requests. Steps to fill time & expense sheets:
Go to Service requests page.
Click on the service request for which you want to fill the time & expense sheet.
Under Request tab click on the time sheet icon to add the time and expenses spent.
Enter the Actual Start Time and Actual End time.
Click on Add Expenses to add your expenses.
Click on Save.

Approve/Reject Time Sheets Time sheets are approved/rejected by President/Manager/MD of your organization. Following are the steps to Approve/Reject Time Sheets:
Go to Helpdesk and Service Automation-> Time Sheets.
To approve a time & expense sheet click on approve icon . [or] To reject a time & expense sheet click on reject icon .
After the time & expense sheet is approved you can generate invoice and send to the customer.
