Move to 6004 build before you proceed to this.

If the central server is using NAT, do the following steps,

  1. Stop central. Open conf/serverparameters.conf and change the NAT_NAME and NAT_PORT as follows
              

  2.Open the following ports for the central server

• 8115 
  
• 8443
• 8444

  3.Download this zip

• Extract this under central server home directory.
  

  4.Restart the server.

Note:
  Check the directory name RemoteControl under probe server home. If the directory exists rename it as RemoteControlOld.
