Invoice is generated from
  • Time Sheets
  • Agreements
Generate Invoice from time sheets
Consider the following steps to generate Invoice from Time Sheets.
  1. Go to Helpdesk and Service Automation-> Time Sheets.
  2. Click on generate invoice icon that is corresponding to that particular service request for which you want to bill to the customer.
  3. This message is displayed.
  4. Either click on here link in the message that is displayed or view invoice icon  to view the invoice. Invoice opens [screen shot given below].
  5. From the opened invoice, either click on Export as PDF button to export the invoice to PDF format or click on Send Mail button to mail the invoice to the customer directly.


Note: If time & expense sheet of a particular service request is not displayed, then
  • Check whether you have scheduled the service request. If not, then schedule.
  • Check whether the technician has filled the time & expense sheet. If not, ask him to do.

Generate Invoice from Agreements
The agreements made between you and your customer is billed according to the configurations made and amount entered in the Agreements setting [Helpdesk and Service Automation-> Admin]. Accordingly invoice is generated for every month and kept available under Invoice tab. By clicking on the Invoice number you can open the invoice. Then either click on Export as PDF button to export the invoice to PDF format or click on Send Mail button to mail the invoice to the customer directly.
