This page displays the Network Monitoring dashboard. Among the devices that are monitored only the problematic devices and the alarms generated can be viewed here by customer wise (Customer View) and global wise (Global View). Also the Alarms that are generated recently are listed and the devices' availability distribution is displayed as a bar graph here. You can also view the Business views that are created.

Customer View
Here the count of the problematic devices by category wise or the count of the active alarms generated by severity wise and can be viewed. You can switch over by clicking on Show Devices or Show Alarms. By clicking on the count you can view the alarms of that category/severity listed with details like Alarm Severity icon, Source (device name), Alarm Message, Category (device type i.e., Switch, Desktop etc), Date/Time, Customer, Probe.

You can acknowledge, Unacknowledge, clear or delete the selected alarms by clicking on Acknowledge, Unacknowledge, Clear or Delete buttons respectively. You can also filter the alarms by status, time duration, severity, category and customer wise from All Status, All Alarms, All Severity, All Categories and All Customers options respectively.

On clicking the source you can view the snapshot page of that device. On clicking the alarm message you can view the alarm details, Event History and Notes.

Click on Add New Customer to add a new customer.

Global View
Here the count of the alarms generated along with the alarm severity icon will be listed by category wise. Also a bar graph plotted between Alarm Severity and the count of alarms generated for each category is displayed. By clicking on a category you can view all the devices that are under that category. By clicking on the Alarm Severity icon or on the desired severity in the bar graph of a particular category you can view the alarm details of the devices of that category and severity.

You can acknowledge, Unacknowledge, clear or delete the selected alarms by clicking on Acknowledge, Unacknowledge, Clear or Delete buttons respectively. You can also filter the alarms by status, time duration, severity, category and customer wise from All Status, All Alarms, All Severity, All Categories and All Customers options respectively.

Recent Alarms
Here all the alarms that are generated recently irrespective of their severity and category will be listed. Here the alarm severity icon, source and alarm message are displayed. By clicking on the source you can view the snapshot page of that device. On clicking the alarm message you can view the alarm details, Event History and Notes.

Availability Distribution
Here the availability percentage of the systems will be displayed as a bar graph that is plotted between time in hours and the availability of the systems in percentage. You can view the availability of the systems of a customer for the desired duration. By clicking on the on the desired availability level except the 99.99 - 100 level you can view the top N least available devices at that time. In that graph if you click on the availability of the desired device you can view the detailed availability statistics, Availability state diagram and Outage history.

Availability Statistics displays the time period and Uptime percentage of that particular device. Availability State Diagram displays a graph for the availability of the device for the last 24 hours. Outage history gives the device's down time duration. You can also enter a reason for the down time by clicking on reason icon . After entering the reason click on save icon .

Add Customer
  1. Enter the name of the customer to be added, name of the account manager and his e-mail ID in the Add Customer field.
  2. Enter the address details.
  3. Enter the contact details. If you want to add more contact click on Add More Contact.
  4. If you you connected via a proxy, then enable the proxy settings. Configure the proxy settings and click OK.
