Home
This displays the Desktop Management dashboard. You can view the devices that are managed along with their hardwares, softwares, configurations and health details, by customer wise (Customer View) and by OS & health wise (Global View).
Customer View
Customer view displays the systems managed, their hardware, software and missing patches details by customer wise. The snapshot of the Customer view is given below.

Systems
This displays the count of computers monitored. When you click on the count you can view the computers list along with their OS, Service pack, Version, Domain, Virtual Memory, Free Virtual Memory, Visible Memory and Free Visible Memory details. Also the same is shown as a pie chart or a bar graph. You can click the Pie chart icon

to view the pie chart or Bar Graph icon

to view the bar graph.
You can also click on the
Computer name to view its Summary, Hardware, Software, Patch and History details in depth.
SoftwareThis displays the count of softwares that are installed in the systems of a customer. When you click on the count you can see all the softwares listed along with other details like version, type, category etc.
Softwares are categorized into software type, access type and license compliance. You can select any type in the
Show box inorder to display the softwares pertaining to that type only. Also you can move software(s) from one type to another type. First select the software(s) from the list and change their type by selecting the type in the
Move to box.
Click on
Column chooser button to select the desired type of detail to be displayed. You can add comments to a software by clicking on Add comments icon

. By clicking on a software in the
Software Name column or on the count in the
Installed column you can view the details of the software and the computer name it is installed, in depth and also you can add or modify the license. To add or modify license click on
Add/Modify License (above the Software Summary table).
HardwareThis displays the count of hardwares that are used in the systems of a customer. On clicking the count you can see all the hardwares listed along with their type, manufacturer name and quantity used details.
You
can select a hardware type from the Hardware Type box inorder to view
the details pertaining to that type only. By default All will be
selected and all the hardwares used will be listed. Click on
Column chooser button to select the desired type of detail to be displayed. By clicking the count in the
Number of Items column you can view the list of the computers by the hardware installed on it.
Missing PatchesThis displays the count of the patches that are missed from getting installed in the systems of a customer. By clicking on the count you can see
- Network Health Snapshot - on basis of System Health and Patch Status
- Filter Patches by Application and Service Pack and Severity
Network Health Snapshot - on basis of System Health and Patch Status:
Here you can find the Network health on the basis of system health and patch status. System Health and patch status are displayed as a graph/chart. You can see them either as a pie chart or as a bar graph by clicking on their respective icons. Also the systems are categorized according to their health and patch status and listed by side of their of graph/chart. By clicking on the count displayed for each category you can view the list of the systems that are currently under that category.
You can modify the schedule scan and vulnerability update by clicking on Change.
Filter Patches by Application and Service Pack and Severity:
Disabling this option will list all the missing patches along with their Patch ID, Bulletin ID, Patch Name, Severity and Systems count(Affected, Installed and Missing) details. By clicking on a
Bulletin ID and
Patch you can view the bulletin summary and patch details in depth.
Enabling this option will allow you to filter patches by their Application, Service pack and Severity.

| Select Severity | Select the desired severity type. Default is All.

| Select Application | Select the application. Default is All.

| Select ServicePack | Select the Service pack. Here the service packs corresponding to the application selected will only be listed for selection. If All is selected in the Select Application, then all the service packs will be listed here.

Click on Filter to filter the patches. The patches will be listed according to the selected application, service pack and severity. If a particular patch is not available, then "No Patches found for the selected Application under the selected severity category" will be displayed.
Select the desired patches and click on Install button (above the patches table) to install them.
Global View
Global view displays a graph/pie chart of the inventory summary and the health of all the systems irrespective of customers. Under Inventory Summary, systems are classified according to their OS and under System Health Graph, systems are classified according to their vulnerability. You can view either the pie chart or the bar graph by clicking the respective icons. Also the systems are categorized
according to their OS and Vulnerability and listed by side of their
of graph/chart. By clicking on the count displayed for each category you
can view the list of the systems that are currently under that category.
Recent Configurations
Here the configurations that are added recently will be displayed. By clicking on a configuration you can view its configuration details, target definition, security policy details and execution status. You can also modify the configuration by clicking on Modify button, suspend by clicking on Suspend button and delete by clicking on Delete button.
