MSP DashboardMSP dashboard is the default page that is opened whenever you login into MSP Center Plus. MSP dashboard displays the Customer Name, Devices, Alarms, Tickets, Patch Software and Action in a tabular format. Click on the values displayed to view its details. From here you can add a customer or a user. To add customer click on Add Customer. To add a user click on Add User. Here the recent alarms that are generated and device health by category wise will be displayed. Also a bar graph plotted between device categories and number of alarms is displayed. In the graph each alarm severity is displayed with a different color. Click on the bars to view that particular severity type alarms raised for that category.
From here you can navigate to the following modules by click on the respective tabs displayed. From MSP dashboard the following actions can be done from the Action column by clicking on the respective Add icon .
- Add Agent: Allows you to download the desktop management agent. Then you can install it.
- Add Probe: Allows you to add a new Probe.
- Add SLA: Allows you to add a new SLA
In the MSP dashboard you have the following links at the top of the page.
- Get Quote: Opens the Get Quote form. You can get the price quote from AdventNet.
- MSP Dashboard: Opens the MSP Dashboard page.
- Help: Opens the user-help document.
- Personalize: This will allow you to change the password and configure Automatic Refresh option.
- Support: Gives you the support contact details, latest discussions, announcements, helps you to create support information file, view current thread, view system logs, not monitored graph list, configure System Monitoring etc.
- About: Give the details like license, number of probes, build number etc. of the MSP Center Plus that is running
- Register: Allows you to register MSP Center Plus by locating the license file and clicking on Register button.
- Signout: Quits you from accessing MSP Center Plus.
