About MSP Center Plus 9
MSP Center Plus 9 is built on agent-central architecture. It includes three components - agent, collector, and central server. Agent monitors remote Windows servers & desktops via WMI. Collector monitors network devices such as routers and switches via SNMP. Central server processes and stores the health and performance data sent by agents and collectors.
