MapsMaps show the discovered devices by their category wise. Also the details of the device status, OS, SNMP and monitors enabled will be displayed. By clicking on the device name you can view the snapshot page of that device. Maps show Customer Views, Google Map, Infrastructure View, Business Views and Network Views. By clicking any of the listed categories under customer, infrastructure and network views you can view the devices that are under that category. Under Google Map, the Google map view of the selected category's locations will be displayed. Under Business views, the business view that is created for the selected category can be viewed. Mouse-over on Maps tab and and click on the down arrow to select the desired view.
Customer Views Here all the customers who are added in the network will be displayed. By clicking on the customer name the discovered devices of that customer will be listed along with their category, status, IP Address/URL and Probe details. By clicking on the device name you can view the snapshot page of that device. You can filter the devices by severity and category by selecting the desired severity and category from All Severity and All Categories options.
Google Map The locations of the probe, devices and business view on the google map can be viewed here. To view the location of the probe, devices and business view enter the location of them in their details/snapshot page. To view the location of the probes, devices and business views click on Probe Map, Device Map and Business view Map respectively.
Infrastructure View Here all the devices that are discovered are categorized and will be displayed as small/large boxes or listed by category wise along with their details like status, OS, SNMP and monitors. The different categories are

- Routers
- Firewalls
- Switches
- Printers
- Desktops
- URL
- UPS
- Wireless
- Domain Controller
You can filter the devices by Default Order, Name, Display Name, Device Type and Severity by selecting the desired one from SortBy. You can also filter by customer wise. You can select the desired view by selecting Large, Small or Details from Select View. In the small and large device images the details like OS, SNMP, monitors enabled etc. will be displayed as icons. The icons and their details are as follows.
Clear: Shows that the device status is clear. This will be displayed if there are no alarms.
Critical: Shows that the device status is critical. This is displayed when any of the monitors violates the defined limits and an alarm is generated as critical. Trouble: Shows that the device status is trouble. This is displayed when any of the monitors violates the defined limits and an alarm is generated as trouble. Attention: Shows that the device status is attention. This is displayed when any of the monitors violates of the defined limits and an alarm is generated as attention.
SNMP: Shows that the device is SNMP enabled. On absence of this icon states that the device is not an SNMP enabled one.
Service Down: Shows that the device status is down. This is displayed when the web service of the device is down.
UP: Shows the particular monitor is up. DOWN: Shows the particular monitor is down. : Shows the OS type is Linux. : Shows the OS type is HP-Unix. : Shows the OS type is Windows 2003. : Shows the OS type is Windows XP. : Shows the OS type is Solaris. By clicking on the device name you can view the snapshot page of the device.
Business Views All the Business views that are created will be displayed here. Click a business view that is created to display the business view. Business view helps you to create views of your network connections, dependency devices connections, network diagrams, Rack connections etc. and monitor their performance. The status of the devices that are available in the business view can be identified by the severity icon. Business views can be created only from the Central Server. On the central server go to Start-> Program Files-> OpManager MSP-> Create Map Views to create business views.
Network Views Network Views display the local networks of the customers who are being monitored by MSP Center Plus. A probe is installed on each local network inorder to communicate with the central server. Probe sends the informations of the devices in the local network to the central server periodically. By clicking on the local network you can view the devices that are monitored. You can filter the devices by Default Order, Name, Display Name, Device
Type and Severity by selecting the desired from SortBy. You can also
filter by customer wise. The details like OS, SNMP, monitors enabled etc. will be displayed as
icons on the devices itself. On clicking a device you can view its snapshot page.
