You can merge a request with another request. Here are the steps to do so:
Open the request to which you want to merge another request.
Click on Action tab and select Merge Request. Merge Request window opens.
Search the request that you want to merge.
Click on the respective merge button of the request.
Click OK on the Configuration pop-up to confirm to merge the request.
The request is now merged successfully.
Note: As of now only a single request can be merged with a request. If you want to merge multiple requests, then contact our support team at mspcenterplus-support@manageengine.com.
