Network Monitoring

MSP Center Plus addresses the network monitoring and management challenges from a remote location by enabling centralized data aggregation and a single console to manage the entire distributed infrastructure. Further, it also provides a clear segmentation of the customer data with access to only specified users. It has an intuitive user interface that has a single point of access to data of  all devices on your network and their resources.

The Probes deployed in the remote networks, gather performance and fault data from devices and update it to a Central Server, enabling centralized monitoring.

How it Works

  1. Central Server is installed in the Network Operations center

  2. The Remote Probes are installed in the remote customers networks

  3. The Probes are configured to monitor specific networks

  4. Probes discover the configured networks and monitor them periodically.

  5. It pushes the collected data to the Central Server at periodic intervals.

  6. The required data such as discovered networks, performance data etc are maintained in the Probe's database too.

  7. The Central Server processes the data and segments the data Probe/Customer-wise.

  8. Users can either connect the Web Client to the Central Server or to the Remote Probe to check the networks health.

To go Desktop Management, Helpdesk and Service Automation or Netflow click on the appropriate module from Jump To tab.
