Probe fails to send data

Alert when Probe fails to send the data

Probe fails to send the data for the following reasons:
  • Poor Bandwidth
  • Connectivity loss
By default MSP Center Plus send you an email alert if any of the Probe fails to send the data for more than 1 hour  [introduced in build 7200]. If required you can configure the time duration. Follow the procedure given below to configure the time duration:
  1. Login to Central web client.
  2. Click the Support link available on the top right of the MSP Dashboard page.
  3. Click Configure System Monitoring.


  4. Enter the required time duration for No data is received from any probe for more __ Hours.
  5. Click Submit.
