Reports - Network MonitoringReports help you to audit the
performance of your network quickly. With MSP Center Plus you can
generate reports and export to PDF format, take print outs or can be
emailed. You can also schedule the reports and send by email or publish
in the URL. The default report categories that are available are
- Customers
- Servers
- Routers
- Switches
- Applications
- Domain Controller
- All Devices
- Inventory Reports
You
can view the Top N Reports. N indicates the count of the devices in a
category whose report has to be viewed. Select the desired count from Top N Reports
box. You can also generate reports for the devices that are available
in the business views by selecting the desired business view from the Business Views box. By default All Devices will be selected. You can filter the devices by customer wise by selecting the desired customer from All Customers Tab. By default All Customers
will be selected. If report is generated for any category, then the
report generated will have the details only of the devices of the
selected customer in that category. You can also generate custom
reports.
For generating the reports from report options other than Customer
- First select the N value from Top N Reports box.
- Select the Report category. [Eg.: Servers]
- Select the report. [Eg.: Severs Health Report]
- You can select the time period by clicking on Report Options and selecting the desired period form Period box. By default Today
will be selected. From the report options you can also select the
desired options that are available and generate the report accordingly.
For generating the reports for customer category
- Select the Customer category.
- Click on the generate report icon .
- Select the time period.
- Select the N value.
- If
you want to view all the reports of that customer select Select All
Reports option. If not select the desired report(s) option.
- Click on Generate Report.
In the Customer category the date and time of all the last generated report of that customer
will be mentioned corresponding to that customer. By clicking on View
you can view the last generated report. You can also change the logo of
the customer that has to be displayed in the report by clicking on the
existing icon.
Generating Custom Reports [Network Monitoring-> Reports]
- Mouse-over Custom Reports and click on Run Custom Report.

- Select the Time Period.
- Select the Customer.
- Select the desired devices and move to the other box.
- Select the desired metrics.
- Select the graph view.
- You can also click on PDF or HTML links to download the report as PDF or view the report in HTML inorder to check before generating the report.
- Before generating the report, if you want you can schedule this report. This is optional. By selecting Schedule this option you can schedule this report. Configure the Schedule name, time and report delivery and click on Schedule.

- Click on Generate Report.
You can export the generated reports to PDF format by clicking on the PDF icon, taking printouts by clicking on the printer icon or can be mailed by clicking the email icon.
