Reset Probe Password

To reset the password for logging into Probe webclient, follow the steps given below:
  1. Stop the Probe service.
  2. Open the file securitydbData.xml available under <probe_home>\conf directory.
  3. In the fourth line change the password to d7963B4t.

    Before resetting the password
    <DATA username="admin" password="xxxxxx" ownername="NULL"/>

    After resetting the password
    <DATA username="admin" password="d7963B4t" ownername="NULL"/>
  4. Start the Probe service and login with user name and password as admin.
