Add customers in the Central using the addcustomer.bat [Ensure that you have logged in to the Central web client in the Firefox browser and it is kept open]
Copy the truststore file from the Central and replace it with the existing one available under AgentSimulatory\conf directory.
Update the Customer_ID Param value in ComputerDetails.xml file [AgentSimulator\conf].
Update the "servername" and "serverport" fields in Connection.properties file [AgentSimulator\conf].
Update the following fields in Config.xml file [AgentSimulator.conf].
CustID - Name of the customer
noOfAgents - Number of Agents you wish to have it for that customer
dcCustomerId - Customer ID [from submit query choose desktop management and execute the command show * from customerinfo]
monagentID - Customer name + machine name [eg. Honda0warriors]
monagentDNS - Customer name + machine name + domain name [eg.Honda0warriors.zohocorpin.com]
dcAgentResourceID - Unique Random ID [eg. 1000, 1001]

If you are copying an active AgentSimulator folder to another machine for another setup, then remove the following folders/files
