Steps to Troubleshoot
Possible problem in receiving data from <Probe_Name>. Data is not received for last _ hrs _ mins.
This error occurs when, the probe fails to send the data to the Central.
1. Go to the Probe and check the filesToSend folder [\probe\data].
2. Remove the files in that folder, if any.
Exchange monitoring support is available only, when OpManager is installed in Windows OS

Possible problem in central data processing.Data files size limit exceeded. Current Size : _ Mega bytes. Threshold value : _ Mega bytes. Restart the central or contact support@mspcenterplus.comThis alert is received when the files in the received folder grows more than the size that is mentioned in System Monitoring page [MSP Dashboard-> Support-> Configure System Monitoring].
Restart the Central Server.

If you have configured lower "unprocessed data size" [MSP Dashboard-> Support-> Configure System Monitoring], then increase it.

Problem while updating the Rebrand Text.




Remote database is configured and is not running. Start the DB and try to install/uninstall the PPM.

This ServicePack/Hotfix cannot be uninstalled.

Desktop Central version you have installed already contains the updates from this Patch(PPM).

Incomplete or Failed PPM installation is found.

This Patch(PPM) is not compatible with the Desktop Central version you have installed
