Uninstalling MSP Central
Go to Start-Program-OpmanagerMSP Central, and Click on "Uninstall Opmanager MSP"
It wil pop up the window and ensures to uninstallation of the Central.
In case the Central is not uninstalled properly then remove/delete the following folders from the system,
1.goto "C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information, and remove/delete the folder {43271D25-EB4E-4EAF-A977-B470252214A6}\ [ Caution: Most numbered folders look alik. Please ensure that you delete the
correct numbered folder. If you delete any other folder by mistake some of your
installed programs might not work as intended. ]
2.goto "C:\Program Files\AdventNet\ME, and remove/delete the folder central\
Uninstalling MSP Probe
Go to Start-Program-OpmanagerMSP Probe, and Click on "Uninstall Opmanager MSP"
It wil pop up the window and ensures to uninstallation of the Probe.
In case the Probe is not uninstalled properly then remove/delete the following folders from the system,
1.goto "C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information, and
remove/delete the folder {06EB27FD-33BF-4200-A532-E05ABE09DE8C}\ [ Caution: Most numbered folders look alik. Please ensure that you delete the
correct numbered folder. If you delete any other folder by mistake some of your
installed programs might not work as intended. ]
2.goto "C:\Program Files\AdventNet\ME, and remove/delete the folder probe\
