View Requests link sent in Mail - Settings in HelpDesk

Problem: Not able to view the request on clicking the viewRequests link sent through Mail form MSP-Helpdesk

Solution:
  • Please try using the alias url in (Tickets->admin->settings)HelpDesk settings page as centralDNs(or InterNetEnabledCentralIP):HelpDeskWebServerPort as shown below.
  • Helpdesk webserver port is by default ' 8080 '.
