Steps to troubleshoot pdlastvalues issue

1. Login to the probe/central where there is startup issue and goto the following path,
   For Probe: Probe\mysql\data\dmsdb
   For Central: central\mysql\data\centraldb
2. Search for pdlastvalues and delete all files starting with pdlastvalues and delete them.
3. Now try to start the probe or the central and this should fix the issue.
