Login to the probe/central where there is startup issue and goto the following path, For Probe: Probe\mysql\data\dmsdb For Central: central\mysql\data\centraldb
Search for pdlastvalues and delete all files starting with pdlastvalues and delete them.
Now try to start the probe or the central and this should fix the issue.
