Remote Support Agreement

This agreement is between zohocorp and customers of MSP Center software. To enhance the support experience of mspcenter customers zohocorp offers you this "free remote support".

Utilizing this service means you agree to the following
  1. You understand that you should install an mspcenter desktop agent on the central server and/or probe server
  2. You permit the mspcenter support team to remotecontrol, execute scripts, and remotely work on the central server / probe servers for any of your support tickets that require such remote activities.
  3. You also understand that though the intention is to speedup the support response, zohocorp is in no way responsible for any adverse effects that could happen on the machine including loss of data or damage to system.
  4. If you wish to terminate this service you may do so anytime by uninstalling the mspcenter desktop agent from the central machine and by emailing us at mspcenterplus-support@manageengine.com
zohocorp has the right to add/modify the above mentioned rules anytime without any notification. The right to termination of this service to select customers or all is reserved by zohocorp and might come into effect anytime that zohocorp wants to.
